Syand Corporation Welcomes New Service Coordinator
October 2021 — Twin Cities-based Syand Corporation is proud to announce and welcome Jeniene Benedict to the team as service coordinator — a groundbreaking new role at Syand aimed on consolidating client communication and helping streamline sales and service processes.
Benedict brings to Syand more than two decades of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-based IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT operations experience to Syand — in addition to 17 years of experience in general operations from her time as a civil servant with the U.S. Department of Defense.
“I couldn’t be more excited to leverage my skillset to help Syand Corporation streamline customer communications, implement service processes and provide overall support to the technical, sales, and leadership teams at Syand,” said Jeniene Benedict, Syand’s new service coordinator.
In the time leading up to joining Syand, Benedict has managed a Project Management Office (PMO) and a portfolio of more than 200 projects, implemented scalable departmental performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), change management, and projects. In addition, Jeniene implemented and lead the first Offshore Support Model to mirror on-premise Operations and Engineering teams, among other accomplishments, a popular service delivery model, impacting on-premise operations and engineering teams.
